I wanted to be the first to share. Watch your source of turmeric. Seems India has been adding lead and one other thing. (Can’t think what) my husband had some blood work and his number for HS-CRP was 7.8 which made him a walking stroke victim. Took 18 months to get that number down to 2.2 which is still high. Took a lot of research on my part to change his diet and over and over the ginger, turmeric and cinnamon came up. I ended up making capsules of each and he took two a day of each. These spices really helped him. 10 is the highest for testing the inflammation of blood vessels. Choose organic especially for turmeric. Excited to try these. Thanks for sharing this.
