Low-Level Light Therapy: A Model for Professional and Personal Use
Useful for a variety of symptoms, the wide range of frequencies and wave lengths should offer many options. This review article shows you the basics.
Imagine the world without light. Plants would not grow, food would be scarce, and even the birds and the animals would suffer. We don't understand all of the different ways that light works, but we can certainly apply a subset of knowledge to great application.
For centuries, natural sunlight has been a healing modality (although we know that some wavelengths can be damaging). There’s no question that in general, both light and light therapy therapy have positive biological effects.
The visible light spectrum is in between visible light and infrared light. Some light wands use blue light, which is not visible to the human eye.
We previously wrote several articles on low level light therapy, also known as light therapy, photo bio modulation, and other terms. If you've never heard of light therapy or you're thinking of purchasing a wand for your home, please review my article for a read on how it works, and the theories behind it:

Above: This is a basic science talk on low-level light therapy, with a following special emphasis on the Alavida patch and topical cream system, which stimulates the release of epithalamin from the pineal gland. Never heard of epithalamin? No worries… neither has your allopathic doctor. We all learn and grow each day.

I also experienced a clearly obvious alleviation of dysautonomia/POTS. No longer am I orthostatic. What is dysautonomia?
How do I know so much about it? I suffered a traumatic brain injury and was bedridden for 12 years, unable to stand up without fainting.
Thank you for taking note of my decade+ suffering with this condition, hoping that you can avoid it. And believe me when I say it was bad.
