The Details

On Friday, March 7, 2025, a federal judge in Cape Girardea, Missouri, ruled $24 billion in favor of Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey's federal lawsuit against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), as related to the COVID pandemic.

“Bailey calls the $24 billion judgement against the Chinese Communist Party “historic.”

“The state sued China nearly five years ago, the one remaining count in the suit accused China of hoarding masks and other PPE.”

“Judge Stephen Limbaugh ruled Missouri suffered direct harm from lost tax revenue and heightened expenditures caused by the hoarding.”

“Bailey says the judgment is six times more than the previous largest judgment in state history.”

🌟The greatest news is that the same type of lawsuit can be brought forward in all states.

“The lawsuit alleged China was hoarding masks, ventilators and other important medical equipment from the United States and in effect Missouri.”

P.S. If China doesn’t pay the $24 Billion Dollars, Missouri may take away land owned by people from China.

“China refused to show up to court, but that doesn’t mean they get away with causing untold suffering and economic devastation.”

Praise God! Maybe this is the beginning of a new trend! Although China has threatened counter lawsuits or other legal action, how stupid and narcissistic of them to not even show up.

In Missouri, China owns about 42,000 acres. In the USA, it’s about 384,235 acres in 30 states, with one Chinese billionaire owning half of it:
