Grapefruit and lemon peels can be dried very easily. Just cut into strips and place them in a sunny widow. They'll be dry in a couple days. Store in glass jar and rehydrate in simmering water.

That sounds so simple and good! Once dried, then what are the best uses? Grind them up into powder? Or keep them whole? Thank you!

Just simmer in clean water as is and use. Powder would work too but it would be more concebtrated. Be carefull with grapefruit with other meds. Major interaction. It increases elimination half life. Check med warning.

That recipe is sort of cure all , some people have it as normal drink .

I read article which explains that tumeric binds with fats and becomes 90% effective compared to taking tumeric capsules which are around 20% effective. That is where full fat milk comes in .

But for colds and fevers the recipe called KADHA which is mix of spices boiled down and sipped hot .

Swallowing garlic whole twice a day helps infection which worked for my UTI .

I have spice tea every morning . There around 6 spices ground into powder.

Black pepper increases turmeric's bioavailability by 300%, so I bet it is one of the ingredients. What are the others, please? Thank you! Sounds tasty and comforting!

Indian foods dishes contain roughly 6-10 spices and butter milk drink . If you look them up they are all health beneficials and butter milk is for gut biome .

Traditionally made ghee , coconut oil has been proved beneficial to your health .
