Spike Support Lacks Top 3 Supplement Recommended Doses
Important: Take 1 Spike Support every 12 hours; Take with bromelain and curcumin, and Take with zinc, as the Green Tea extract is a zinc ionophore that requires zinc.
Due to common misunderstanding about Spike Support’s ingredients, this is to clarify that all “Top 3” supplements are not included in Spike Support: additional bromelain and curcumin are needed; it also should be taken with zinc.
The nattokinase should be taken twice a day.
Please Note
The Wellness Company’s Spike Support needs clarification, due to so many people believing that it contains nattokinase and everything needed to help spike protein detox. Please note:
Spike Support is missing bromelain and curcumin. It is not a ‘complete’ formulation.
The box label Serving Size of nattokinase is 2000 Fibrinolytic Units (FU), 2 capsules daily instead of Dr. McCullough’s recommendation at 2000 FU twice a day.
To get the bromelain and curcumin, one must purchase two additional bottles, for a total of three.
Zinc is lacking. It works well with the green tea inside Spike Support. The green tea is a zinc ionophore, which requires zinc to stop or inhibit viral replication.
Spike Support Supplement and Ingredients
To get the benefit of all three supplements, you need to purchase all three in this “trio”, and take one Spike Support capsule twice a day, not both at once. There is a big difference in just purchasing Spike Support by itself, versus purchasing all three bottles. And no formulation at The Wellness Company contains all three supplements.
Notably, there is no zinc in Spike Support. Please be sure to take with zinc.
The reason is this: green tea extract contains EGCG, which is structurally similar to hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and is a “zinc ionophore”.
HCQ, EGCG, green tea, and doxycycline all poke a hole in the virus wall, so that zinc can go in and stop a virus from multiplying. They are all “zinc ionophores”.
2010 Research by Dr. Ralph S. Baric Showed the Importance of Zinc Ionophore + Zinc ON COVID TREATMENT
This is the basis of the Zelenko Protocol, and this is the controversial paper that discusses Ralph S. Baric’s 2010 research showing that zinc + a hydroxychloroquine (i.e., a zinc ionophore) inhibits virus replication of Coronavirus (and other papers show it stops multiplication of influenza virus, polio virus, and more).
Baric did not share this information, and HCQ and zinc were suppressed as COVID treatments, leading to millions of COVID deaths. See my article that explains and contains Baric’s paper:
The Trio
Nattokinase 2000 FU or 100 mg, TWICE A DAY - note that Dr. McCullough’s top recommendation is to take 2000 FU twice a day, but his Spike Support is a once-a-day formula in 2 capsules presumably to be taken at once. This is not a twice-a-day formulation of nattokinase, and the pharmacokinetics of taking a ‘double dose’ once a day is not the same as taking a ‘single dose’ twice a day. Otherwise, why would he specifically mention it? This is not properly dosed in Spike Support.
Bromelain 500 mg a day. This is not contained in Spike Support. You must purchase it separately.
Nano or Liposomal Curcumin, 500 mg a day - the nano formulation exponentially increases curcumin’s absorption, which is notoriously poor. Some proprietary formulations are nano or liposomal, others include black pepper, which increases absorption many thousands-fold. This is not contained in Spike Support. You must purchase it separately.
Why aren’t all three supplements contained in one capsule? Or one bottle or box containing all three? You could take the Spike Support with 2000FU Nattokinase per capsule with instructions to take twice a day, or every 12 hours, which would be more exact.
A twice-a-day formulation is recommended with the compound wearing off in 12 hours. Taking a double-dose would increase its concentration for a time, but it would still wear off in 12 hours. It is meant to be taken so that is continuously on board, hence on a twice-a-day schedule.
This is the recommendation from Dr. McCullough in this regard:

There are so many people with a post-vaccine injury who cannot afford to purchase on bottle of Spike Support, let alone three bottles. Do what you can, be aware of the dosing and frequency, and ask your family and friends to help you if needed.
Supplements to Think About
Based on my December article on Gold, Frankincense, and Myrrth, many have asked me if I know a supplement that contains Frankincense.
This is a supplement that sells for $16.20 from my Metagenics website, from which I receive a small commission. It contains Frankincense and curcumin, the latter listed for spike support:
Contents Include:
A proprietary curcumin, mentioned for spike detox. Curcumin is a compound found in turmeric, which is in the ginger plant family. Derived from the root of the Curcuma longa plant, turmeric has been long used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for healing skin disorders and wounds. Curcumin alleviates gut, joint, and lung problems, with research showing it has “antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antiviral, and antibacterial activities as indicated by over 6,000 citations”. Some believe that the “gold” brought to baby Jesus was actually turmeric or curcumin, also known as the Golden Pigment from Golden Spice.
Frankincense, a gift to baby Jesus. Made from the resin of the Boswellia tree, health benefits of frankincense’s terpenes and boswellic acid may include reduction of arthritis inflammation, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. A 2017 NIH study showed that frankincense plus herbal medicines relieved abdominal pain, bloating, and its depression and anxiety in those with irritable bowel syndrome. Animal research shows frankincense oil can destroy pancreas cancer cells, bladder cancer cells, and breast cancer cells, as well as depression and pain suffered by cancer patients in hospice. Another study showed it decreases brain swelling by 75%, in over 60% of patients with blurred vision and migraines. It can help food digestion, help irritable bowel syndrome, help stress or depression, alleviate cold and flu symptoms with lung phlegm.
Frankincense may improve eczema and acne, and it has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties on the skin, soothing inflammation and killing bacteria, a possible reason that Mary may have used it after childbirth. Maybe it helped with postpartum depression and restoration of estrogen hormone balance, and it has been used to relieve menstrual bloating. It can also be used as a household cleaner.
Fenugreek: used in Chinese medicine and is a common ingredient in Indian dishes; may help increase testosterone, increase breast milk production, diabetes, and blood sugar control. NOTE: The forumlation below is not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ginger: may boost the immune system, help nausea of morning sickness, chemotherapy, pregnancy, or motion sickness, and prevent bacteria associated with ulcers and stomach cancer. It may lower cholesterol, control blood sugar, help insulin resistance, relief pain and inflammation, reduce joint swelling, help with colds and flu, protect cells from disruption of DNA changes that cause cell death, cell damage, and the growth/proliferation of cancer cells. A CDC site shows ginger may also allow tumors to respond better to radiation and chemotherapy, and an FDA site cites ginger may be as effective at killing Staph and strep infections as antibiotics.
BE OF GOOD CHEER
You can get all three bottles in the Trio, as pictured above. I would then take Spike Support, one capsule every 12 hours. Take also with zinc, 25-50 mg/day. If sick, double the dose as listed in early treatment protocols. Here is my Guidebook to COVID Care - see page 11 if you are sick.
I believe one of the most important supplements to take is vitamin D, and I have a table for you to determine your dose. Medical freedom doctors usually advise your vitamin D level to be 75-100 ng/ml. Be sure your blood level is over 50, or you can calculate your estimated dose by using your Body Mass Index - with instructions here:
