God help us all!

Thanku Dr Aranda for sharing this vital information about the dangers of ultrasound during pregnancy!

My daughter only gave birth to a healthy baby girl a week ago & she was exposed to ultrasounds…..

I pray everyday that God can her little body detox the radiation & any other toxins or metals!

🙏

Seaweeds mitigate effects of radiation. That's what the Japanese did after being bombed by atomic bombs at Nagasaki and Hirishima.

Thank you very much for this article. It's very informative and useful to help pregnant women understand the risks of ultrasound and make an informed decision.

I think it's possible that you (or whoever put the transcript together) accidentally used the same photo twice for the photos comparing cells that had not been exposed to ultrasound vs cells that had been. Those two photos in the transcript section look identical to me.

Appreciate the correction; I added the image of the normal cells. Thank you!

I write everything myself, with no help;)

We'll come to think of it why do women or people have to put those heavy shields made of steal or something so x-rays cannot penetrate the body and then the technician goes behind into another room to take the X-ray?

But it's still 29 rads of radiation, equivalent to 250 x-rays given to the baby;), which exposes the obstetrician to a measure of it, too. See my note above, and thank you for making this point.

A fetal ultrasound is 29 rads of non-ionized radiation, the equivalent of of 250 chest x-rays to the baby. The obstetrician is also exposed to the peripheral atmosphere radiation, albeit fewer rads.

Maybe all the docs doing fetal ultrasound need to wear a lead apron. Bet a lot of obstetricians are infertile due to damage to the ovaries, and probably also have some thyroid damage.

Great point.

Mostly a woman has one or two in a normal pregnancy I think benefit outweigh the risks if not done too frequently

If all is well, pregnant women are not getting one single fetal ultrasound;)

Agree. The baby is so much more at risk and effected. They didn't arrive on earth yet.
