Recipe: Homemade "Quinine/Hydroxychloroquine" Recipe using Grapefruit and More Lemon Peel
Both fruit peels can be used for a thicker remedy, and the base can be used for tea. Lasts two weeks in the refrigerator. Please note my Addendum, which includes a SHOUTOUT to Dr. Christiana Northrup!
Addendum June 3, 2024. A huge » shoutout « to Dr. Christiana Northrup, who was the FIRST DOCTOR to spread this recipe news far and wide during the beginning of the plandemic! THANK YOU to
for kindly pointing this out to me!I note that quinine comes from the bark of the cinchona tree, and have corrected the title to reflect that we cannot get true quinine from citrus peel. In the WWII 1950’s, hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was manufactured in a lab to make a more widely available form with fewer side effects.
Citrus peel may or may not contain a structurally-similar molecule to quinine and/or HCQ, which are structurally similar to one another. I cannot find any scientific article refuting that a HCQ-like compound is NOT found in citrus peel.
See additional details and purchase links below for other structurally-similar compounds to quinine/HCQ, some of which are readily available: quercetin, green tea, EGCG, and doxycycline.
And note these are all “zinc ionophores” that rely on your taking zinc at the same time. The zinc ionophore (i.e., HCQ, quercetin , EGCG, green tea, and doxycycline) pokes a hole in the wall of the virus, and then the zinc goes in to stop the virus from multiplying.
Finally, a special thanks to
for sharing she simply purchases liquid quinine on Amazon, then adds a few drops to make her own tonic water. I give you the Amazon products and search link below. This is a recipe that I just found at simplyandnaturally.com! It tastes better than using grapefruit peel alone.
Cinchona-tree based, true quinine products can be purchased in two forms: tonic water and bitter lemon drink.
And there are other methods of extracting grapefruit or lemon peel compounds from fruit, notably with alcohol to produce an extract or tincture. See extract recipe below.
Boiled Citrus Peel Recipe
I like this recipe better than the previously posted one, for these reasons:
It makes a smaller batch, being less wasteful for smaller households.
Lemons break up the grapefruit flavor, which is rather rancid.
It emphasizes keeping a tight lid on while boiling, to avoid quinine escaping into the air. (Although perhaps one can argue that inhaling it would make it go straight to the lungs, which could be quite beneficial for lung phlegm- but you would not be able to control the dose - plus it makes no sense to waste it into the whole house.)
It creates a thicker paste instead of a liquid, so it can be taken by the spoonful.
It minimizes the number of needed grapefruit by using lemons, which are more plentiful.

Grapefruit Extract
Many people are canning and creating their own extracts and tinctures. Here is a short Q & A on this, which has 3.2 million views :
Question:
Could quinine in tonic water be replaced with grapefruit extract?
Answer:
Sure! It would not be “tonic” water by taste and certainly not by the traditional quinine-bearing definition of tonic, but more like “grapefruit bitter water.” You’d make a traditional gin & tonic-type drink with plain soda water, grapefruit bitters, a bit of 1:1 simple syrup, and gin. Not a G&T but definitely a “grapefruit cocktail.” Could be very tasty.
By the way, grapefruit bitters are most likely what you’re looking for, not “grapefruit extract” which is kind of a nebulous term. Fee Brothers bottles and sells the bitters - so you can make some inexpensive tests with their off-the-shelf product, currently about $8/bottle. You could also make your own bitter infusion. Take grapefruit peels (probably with at least some of the bitter pith) and dice into small pieces. Then immerse in Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum or a high-proof vodka, or use pure grain alcohol (“PGA”) like Everclear. Muddle (crush and mix) the diced rinds in such a way that you infuse the liquid with extracts from both the pith and especially the oils from the rind. Then filter and bottle it. (You might be much better off using a microplane grater on the entire rind, dropping the fine shreds into the liquid, then muddle with some of the bitter pith.) Then test it and see how you like it. You’ll need to compare this home-made stuff with the Fee Brothers bitters and also with “grapefruit extract” which could be grapefruit oil you buy online somewhere like from pipingrock.com.
There are lots of options here for you. And the home made options are intriguing if you’re comfortable in a kitchen or lab-type bar environment. You might be very surprised. But in the end the options above are NOT tonic water by strict quinine-bearing definition. Don’t let that discourage you in any way. Have fun with it!

Liquid Quinine Extract Drops from Amazon
Again, thank you to Sasha for this wonderful information! Here is my search and link using the “Average Customer Review” filter (omitting the first product, a capsule) for “quinine liquid extract pure”:

Quercetin
In protest of what I felt was misleading advertising, I asked TWC (The Wellness Company) to take me off their list of affiliates after noting that for post-vax injury, nattokinase by itself is not the sole answer. They have been better at noting that their own (correct) recommendation is sold in their nattokinase + bromelain + curcumin extract is, as sold in their trio-pack.
For a medical-grade 500 mg quercetin without unnecessary fillers and a vege capsule, this is my recommendation, from Metagenics (the cost is a little over $40 for 60 capsules, which can last 1-2 months):

This more comprehensive formula comes in to-go packs that includes 750 mg of quercetin and adds a boatload of additional nutrients, including zinc, NAC, vitamins C and D, cysteine, glutathione, and more (cost is a little over $70 for 30 days’ supply):

I would be remiss if I didn't mention my most popular vitamin D formula:

WHAT I REALLY THINK
I absolutely appreciate that Sasha provided her input on this. Her demeanor was succinct as she corrected me on the origin of quinine, and I had no idea you could just get quinine drops on Amazon.
I don't like making Jeff Bezos any richer than he needs to be… but this purchase is a good use of Amazon.
I like that you can travel with this extract product and still keep your luggage weight down!
Next, I will look for “quinine drop” recipes!
Here is our recipe for a healthy homemade antibiotic:
7 Oz. Raw Organic Unfiltered Honey
4 Oz Apple Cider Vinegar Organic
2 Tablespoon of Turmeric (organic if you can find it)
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
I mix this all together real good in a bowl. Then I put it in a glass jar and place in the frig.
Per serving: Make sure you stir this glass jar every morning before you dip out because honey sinks. Every morning with a 6 ounce glass I add 3 teaspoons of this potion and mix water with it and stir. As mentioned, the honey sinks so I keep a spoon or something in my glass to keep stirring while I drink it.
I like mine on the rocks and my husband doesn’t. It’s whatever you prefer. I happen to love cold drinks.
This should last you for two weeks if it’s two people. If it’s just one person, split the recipe.
And it’s really tasty like a cocktail…lol
BUT I AM NOT JOKING…IT TASTES GREAT!
And I can tell you this, when I stated going down this rabbit hole of healthy foods these four ingredients kept popping up everywhere!
Also, please note that you can add more than 3 teaspoons if you want. It’s food…it’s not going to hurt you.
One more thing…I do not add black pepper to ours because it’s kinda choking. I’m retired and I cook very healthy using a lot of black pepper anyway.
I hope this helps…we haven’t been sick yet and we’ve been doing it now for two years.
Bon appetite 🍎 ❤️🙏
We’ve been on this for two years now. Plus we do a cocktail every morning with honey, black pepper, ACV, and turmeric!
This is called a natural homemade antibiotic. If anyone wants the recipe…send me a message. ❤️🙏❤️
